A legal address in England that appears on the company register and receives official notices from Companies House and HMRC — required for every British company, not merely a “cosmetic” address.
A UK Private Limited Company (Ltd) is a separate legal entity registered at Companies House. Non-resident founders can form one remotely through an authorised ACSP.
